Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup avocado flesh
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Combine the ingredients in a food processor or blender and whizz until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1–2 days.
