Bird's eye chili peppers

Bird's eye chili peppers, also known as Thai chili peppers or bird's chili, are small and spicy chili peppers commonly used in Southeast Asian cuisine. They are named after their bird's eye shape and typically measure between 50,000 and 100,000 on the Scoville scale, which measures the heat level of chili peppers. Bird's eye chili peppers are often used to add heat and flavor to curries, sauces, stir-fries, and other spicy dishes. They can be found fresh, dried, or in the form of chili paste or sauce.
