Makes approx. 3/4 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews •
  • ½ cup filtered water

Directions

Soak cashews overnight in double the volume of water. Drain and rinse.
Put the cashews in a blender with the filtered water and pulse until smooth.

Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 2–3 days.
